Tutt Bryant Group Limited acquires Hunter Valley crane hire company Muswellbrook Crane Services, settlement is due on Tuesday 20 February 2007.
The acquisition of Muswellbrook Crane Services is an exciting addition to the group and will allow the Tutt Bryant Group to provide extra resources and facilities that the group have, to the region. There is a natural synergy fit of Muswellbrook Cranes, Tutt Bryant Crane Hire and general hire companies EQ Hire, Kingston and the recent addition Paramount Hire Services.
The mining companies, local industry and construction companies in the Hunter Valley will be introduced to a host of new industrial type services to improve performance and resource availability.
Muswellbrook Crane Services is a local company servicing the local business community, other than additional services, the role and structure of the company will not change.
