National Parts Support
BT Equipment proudly support over 10 major franchises from all around the world which gives us a representation in all major areas of the construction machinery market, BT Equipment boast affiliations with some franchises spanning over 35 years, and with this amount of expertise it is hard to find the kind of service that BT can offer anywhere in the market today.

National Warehouse
BT currently have over 500,000 parts on their computer system and carry over 30,000 lines of inventory in stock at any given time. This inventory is to service our major franchises which comprise over 400 different models of machines, some of which have been put into service over the past 20 - 30 years. All 5 branches throughout Australia carry fast moving inventory and supporting parts to service equipment in their respective areas, however as BT Equipment run a National Distribution Network, the majority of support parts are kept in our 2,500m² warehouse at South Granville in Sydney.

National Support Centre
The hub of the parts operation and National Distribution Network operates from the National Support Centre, located in the Head Office complex at South Granville in Sydney. Direct computer links to all major franchises ensures access to parts information and supply on a 24/7 basis. Once parts orders leave the factory either by air or sea, they are tracked door to door with the use of internet tracking systems. Parts deliveries can be made directly from the factories to any of BT's branches in Australia, helping to reduce delivery time and subsequently downtime for our customers.
