BT Equipment Pty Ltd is committed to supplying products and supporting services of quality and durability which comply with all technical and safety requirements of Customers and Statutory Authorities and which are cost effective and delivered on time.
We believe that this objective is best achieved through a Quality Assurance System which aims to prevent the occurrence of problems and defects.
Therefore we have established a Quality Assurance System based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 which also incorporates OH & S, Human Resources and Policy and Procedures.
Commitment to this system at all levels of our workforce is essential to its success and ongoing education and training is recognised to play a vital role in fostering this commitment.
We also recognise that meeting the needs and identifying the requirements of our customers is an important part of our business; we will achieve this by fostering ongoing contact and communication with our customers, and analysing all forms of customer feedback through the implemented Quality System.
BT Equipment Pty Ltd shall measure its performance against established Quality objectives on a regular basis in all Branches, normally at Management Meetings. These Quality Objectives will provide a measure for Continual Improvement.
